1. Age Verification & Legal Drinking Age
By using this website and its services, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the appropriate authority to validly accept these Terms. You confirm that you or the recipient are of legal drinking age in the state or country of your or your recipient's place of residence and that all information provided is true and accurate. In Singapore, the legal drinking age is 18 years old. Grand Cuvée reserves the right to request proof of age upon delivery.
2. Limitation of Liability
Grand Cuvée will not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, costs, delays or other liability whatsoever caused through use of products or services purchased through this website, be it indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity, or the like).
3. Pricing
All prices are in SGD unless stated otherwise and are subject to changes without prior notice. Grand Cuvée reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.
4. Order Cancellation
Grand Cuvée reserves the right to cancel any transactions or payments in relation to price or stock availability at any point in time. In the event of such cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Delivery
A delivery fee may apply for local deliveries below a minimum order value. Delivery fees charged will not be refunded once orders have been dispatched. An order processing time of up to 7 working days is required and will only be confirmed upon receipt of a notification from our team.
6. Refunds & Returns
No last-minute refunds or amendments can be made to orders once they have been dispatched for delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for resolution. Overseas deliveries are non-refundable and non-returnable.
7. Product Imagery
All imagery of products used on this website are for illustration purposes only. Vintages and labels may vary. Should you wish to have actual images of a product, please contact us directly.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Grand Cuvée and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected through this website will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and improving our services. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
